Set amid an idyllic beachfront lagoon and featuring majestic views of the Pacific, Grand Wailea's award-winning signature seafood restaurant has been completely refreshed with a new design concept and menu. At the heart of Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa is its dramatic new circular bar which incorporates a glass aquarium, where you can enjoy classic tiki-style craft cocktails with the stunning visual effect of live fish swimming directly beneath your glass.
The menu spotlights fresh, sustainably sourced seafood, including locally farmed fish from Big Island-based Blue Ocean Mariculture and not-to-miss menu items like the Hawaiian Swordfish, signature seafood towers, whole lobster and more.
